2024 ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE
FOR UTME

Candidates who made Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, their first choice in the 2024 UTME and scored 100 and above are hereby informed that registration for the 2024 Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation (PUTM) screening exercise will commence on August 28, 2024, and end on August 29, 2024, for the first batch and September 25–26, 2024, for the second batch.

Candidates are required to go through the following processes:
Step 1: Visit: the Polytechnic e-Portal @

https://portal.fedpolyukana.edu.ng

Step 2: Click on “Application Form,” Provide your email address, and phone number, and an e-invoice will be generated with a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
N/B: Obtain the RRR from this site only, and use it to make payment online or at any commercial bank.
(You can select the online payment option or print the invoice to make payment at any commercial bank).

• After payment, click “Verify Payment”, and enter the RRR only to verify the payment.

Step 3: Go back to the Application tab, select “Continue Application,” and fill in the RRR (you used to make the payment) to access the bio-data section. Fill in the bio-data, upload your passport, and continue to the next page to provide courses, then O’level results and other documents

Step 4: After filling in the information, preview the page and print it out. The printout is one of the documents you must present during the screening

TO GENERATE e-RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT: Click the verify button at the top right corner of the ePortal, fix the RRR there, (ignore other information), and click enter to verify the payment and generate the e-receipt. Summit the e-receipt to the bursary for authentication.

 The screening exercise will be conducted both online and on campus.

 Applicants that provide false information, or upload incorrect credentials will automatically be disqualified

 Applicants should note that the PUTME-Screening fee is two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only, (excluding Portal Access Charges).
