Following the directive of the Registrar, I hereby convey the approval of the 31st Academic Board Meeting on the guidelines governing school fees payment, registration timelines, and related compliance requirements for the ongoing academic session. All academic staff and students are requested to take note and ensure full adherence.

Payment of School Fees Within One (1) Month of Resumption

All students are required to pay their approved school fees within one (1) month from the date of resumption. Departments are to educate their students accordingly and ensure strict compliance.

Late Registration Fee of 10,000

Students who fail to pay their school fees and complete registration within the approved one-month grace period shall be required to pay a late registration fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000). All academic staff are to enforce this directive and confirm registration status before granting access to lectures, tests, or practicals.

Completion of Registration with All Relevant Units

All students must complete their registration with all relevant units including their Departments, Registry. Bursary, ICT/MIS, and Library.Staff should ensure that only duly registered students participate in teaching and learning activities.

Approval for Semesterly (Installment) Payment of School Fees

The Academic Board has approved that school fees may be paid in two instalments corresponding to the 1st and 2nd semesters. Students are, however, encouraged to pay both semester fees upfront where possible, to ensure uninterrupted access to academic services throughout the session. All academic staff are requested to disseminate this information widely and ensure compliance.
