Federal Polytechnic, Ukana gets approval to commence 19 Programmes:

Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, Akwa Ibom State gets approval from the National Board for Technical Education to commence and admit students into 19 Programmes for 2025/2026 session.

The approval was contained in a separate letters dated 11th May, 2025, with reference numbers: TEB/PRO/FP.23/VOL.I/284 and TEB/PRO/FP.23/VOL.I1/285 was addressed to the Rector of the Institution with the headings: GRANT OF ACCREDITATION TO PROGRAMMES and GRANT OF APPROVAL TO COMMENCE PROGRAMMES respectively was signed by
Dr. (Mrs) Fatima Kabir Umar, Director, (Polytechnic Programmes Department) for the Executive Secretary NBTE.

The letters read in parts “With reference to the Accreditation Visitations carried out by the Board to your institution from 6th to 9th May, 2025, I am directed to inform you that the Board has approved the Accreditation of the following programmes offered by your institution for a period of five (5) years with effect from 2025/2026 session” and “ With reference to the Resources Inspection Visitations carried out by the Board to your institution from 6th to 8th May, 2025, I am directed to inform you that the Board has granted approval to your institution to offer the following programmes with effect from 2025/2026 session” respectively.

The 19 Programmes are as follows:

5. ND Business Administration and Management
