The Polytechnic wishes to announce to all students that there has been a migration to a new Student Management System (E-PORTAL). The new Portal is available at

https://eportal.fedpolyukana.edu.ng

Following this development, all students are advised to visit the new portal to:

1. Verify their account by selecting “Prospective Students? Verify your account here” OR select “Existing Students? Verify your account here”. The prospective students in this case are students without a matriculation number, and they are to verify their account with their JAMB registration number. While the existing students are students who have been assigned matriculation numbers. The existing students will verify their account with their matriculation number.
2. After verifying the account, login details will be generated automatically for the student: a username (based on the number the student used to verify the account) and a system-generated password.
3. Return to the Portal Home page and log in with the login details. Remember to change your password at first login.
4. Fill out the bio-data form and upload a passport (red background). Print the bio-data form and circulate it to the five (5) files at their various locations.
5. Make payment with the fees payment tab. Students who have already paid their fees but the payment is not reflected on their page, should visit the ICT unit with their online printed receipt with RRR for payment migration.
6. Students with old receipts are advised to print the new receipt on their page (Under fee payment tab), submit same at the Bursary Dept. (Student account) for confirmation, stamping, and signing. Then copies of the stamped receipt should be put in the five (5) files while the student keeps the original copy.
7. Proceed to the Course Registration tab on the left-hand side of the Student page on the portal. Select Register Courses and choose the courses that are to be registered. Confirm the selected courses very well before submission, then print out the course form for signing. Note that students who have not paid their school fees will not be able to use the course registration tab.
8. Visit the Result tab from time to time to view your results on the portal.
